Smoothie Bowl – Peach and Strawberry

The peach is subtle in this smoothie. You can add more peach and less strawberry to make the peach flavour stand out more. The peaches have been frozen: blanch them for 30 seconds in boiling water, then shock them under cold water. Push the skin off. Cut the peaches in half and take out the stone, then cut the flesh in pieces and freeze.
You can choose not to freeze the yogurt, this will make the smoothie more liquid and less like ice cream.

Ingredients:

  • 2 peaches, frozen
  • 100gr Greek yogurt (frozen if you want an ice cream consistency)
  • 150gr strawberries

Serves 1

Recipe:

Blend together all ingredients.
